Description and use: DRA is a dark red aluminum substance obtained by melting bauxite and chromium ore roasted in an electric arc furnace.

Color: deep red

Ignite color at 1300℃: dark red

The raw material and refining process of DRA ALUMINUM OXIDE are basically the same as those of white ALUMINUM OXIDE, and chromium oxide (Cr2O3) needs to be added evenly to produce a rose-red abrasive. Its hardness is similar to that of white corundum, and its toughness is higher than that of white alumina. It is suitable for grinding tools, measuring tools, instruments, threads and other workpieces with low roughness requirements.

• It can be used for grinding superhard alloy, steelmaking slag remover, manufacturing consolidation, grinding wheel, emery cloth, sandpaper, and grinding stone.
